My Goals

          I begin this new healthy lifestyle on June 22, 1999.

          Below is a look into my weekly weigh-ins. Please note: I am not including a timeline, for I rather much doubt it'd the healthiest mindset for me. To set up certain dates of accomplishments would cause me to view this as a contest or race rather than an emerging lifestyle.

          I have a list of milestones. Each one met will allow me to indulge myself in a gift.

          My first goal: 149 pounds (the first time in five years that I'm below 150)
          Reward: Health, energy and a new summer dress

          My second goal: 145 pounds (the weight I was in my first year of dating my husband)
          Reward: Health, energy and a new bathing suit

          My third goal: 140 (a good number)
          Reward: Health, energy and another summer dress with matching shoes

          My fourth goal: 139 (first time in 10 years that I'm below 140. And yes, this goal is mighty close to the previous one, but any excuse to get are reward.)
          Reward: Health, energy and two new pair of jeans, plus pretty night-gown.

          My ultimate life goal: 135 (my ideal weight)
          Reward: Health, energy and donating all my fat clothes to the St. Vincent de Paul charity.
